A group of Danish pension funds are to sue Morgan Stanley and the Swedish investment bank Carnegie over their promotion of a shipping company that collapsed in 2014.
The group of 24 Danish investors, including the country's national pension fund ATP, private sector funds such as PFA and Lærernes Pension, and the Danish arms of various Scandinavian life companies and banks, are extending a case begun two years ago because new information has come to light, they said.
