ISE names new directors

The International Securities Exchange, the US options market which two weeks ago signed a merger agreement with Eurex, the European futures and options exchange, has appointed four new board members.

Joseph Stefanelli, a US exchange veteran, and Kenneth Vecchione have joined the board as independent directors, replacing Ivers Riley and Mark Kritzman, who are retiring.
