ISS seizes control of UK corporate governance venture

Institutional Shareholder Services, the international corporate governance agency, is to buy out the UK National Association of Pension Funds' 50% ownership in their joint venture, Rrev, for an undisclosed sum.

A licensing deal has been agreed to ensure the NAPF retains involvement, and that the NAPF's corporate governance policy will remain the basis of Rrev's analysis for clients.
