A new online service that lists details of bonuses, share options and salaries of UK company directors, could become a powerful new corporate governance tool for institutional investors.

In a move that champions the cause for transparency of director remuneration policies and practices, ISS Europe, a division of shareholder voting service Institutional Shareholder Services, will today announce the launch of PayMonitor.
