Anarchists take credit for bomb sent to Deutsche CEO

An Italian anarchist group warns of more attacks against bankers

An Italian anarchist group claimed responsibility for the letter bomb that targeted Deutsche Bank chief executive Josef Ackermann and also warned of more attacks against bankers, German authorities said yesterday.

A small, handwritten note in Italian found by investigators inside the package said there would be "three explosions against banks, bankers, ticks and leeches," leading police to believe two more bombs were sent, Frankfurt prosecutors and state police said in a joint statement.
