Biesse, an Italian machine manufacturer, has been admitted for trading on Star, the middle market segment of Borsa Italia, as book-building starts for the flotation of GranitiFiandre, on the same segment.

Deutsche Bank and Mediobanca, a local investment bank, are joint global co-ordinators of Biesse's offer in which the company is selling 10.7 million new shares.
