The chairman and chief executive of JPMorgan has warned that UK-based financial institutions will find themselves beholden to the decisions of European policymakers after Brexit.

Jamie Dimon told attendees at a conference in Paris today that there had been huge focus on preparing for the immediate aftermath of the UK's exit from the European Union, but that attentions should now shift to what comes later.
