Janus Henderson has acquired private credit specialist Victory Park Capital Advisors in the latest private markets acquisition by a global fund group.

Denver-based Janus Henderson will buy Chicago-based Victory Park Capital in a cash-and-share deal expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year.
