Janus reaches $225m settlement over funds scandal

Janus Capital Group, the US fund management group, has finalised a $225m (€181m) settlement with US state and federal regulators over improper trading allegations.

The agreement comes a day after ING US Financial Services confirmed it was the client pulling $5bn from Janus by the end of the year.
