Janus Capital Group grew operating income by 24% in 2006, driven by improved fund performance and positive fund flows for the second consecutive year.

The group reported revenues of $935.8m (€722m) for 2006, up 8% on the previous year but more of that fell to the bottom line as operating income grew from $193.2m in 2005 to $238.9m last year.
