Jardine Reeves Brown is to merge with rival actuarial consultants Abbey National Benefit Consultants, following a £22.5m (€37.71m) acquisition.

Parent Jardine Lloyd Thompson has acquired Abbey National Benefit Consultants (ANBC), the pension administration and consultancy division of Abbey National Group.
