A City of London headhunter has set up a service specifically for women looking to return to senior roles in financial services after career breaks. The move comes a day after a clutch of big-name UK financial services firms pledged to do more to address gender imbalance in their senior ranks.

The Return Hub is the brainchild of Dominie Moss, a partner in global banking and markets and head of diversity at JD Haspel and has been set up in partnership with the recruitment firm.
