Jefferies has stepped up its expansion in continental Europe with the hire of three investment bankers who helped to make Deutsche Bank one of the leading names in the Benelux region.

Kasper van Griensven, who was previously Deutsche Bank's head of Benelux investment banking, will become head of Benelux for Jefferies, according to a person familiar with the matter.
