Regulators and politicians continue to clash over the future of the City, with Chancellor Jeremy Hunt the latest to wade into the debate around red tape.

The Financial Conduct Authority is planning to publish more information about firms under investigation, and concern in the City over the reforms has now spread to top politicians.
