JLT Employee Benefits has named Jonathan Bloomer as non-executive chairman. He has previously held senior roles at Prudential, Egg and Arthur Andersen, and was most recently a European partner and senior member of the global operations team at Cerburus Capital. He is also a senior independent director at Hargreaves Lansdown.
