Charles Stephens has been appointed head of UK fixed income origination at Commerzbank. He joins from Greenwich NatWest, where he was responsible for capital markets origination with UK corporate clients.

Gary Jenkins, Brendan Tynan and Michael Harrison have been promoted to managing directors at Barclays Capital. They work in credit research, credit trading and derivatives, respectively.
