Student accommodation group Unite last week announced a £100 million share placement, continuing a busy few months in the capital markets.

The FTSE 250 company called on its corporate brokers JP Morgan Cazenove and Numis Securities, as well as enlisting the services of Jefferies, to handle the deal.
