Wealth manager Fleming Family & Partners has added a former partner at Cinven as a senior adviser to chair its private equity investment committee, as it seeks to grow its business and broaden its high net worth and family office investor base.

Andrew Joy, who retained an advisory role when he stepped down as a senior partner at the European buyout firm last year, will join the wealth manger in July as a senior adviser, with a particular focus on the private equity business, FF&P said.
