JP Morgan and Lazard win Italian property mandate

Lazard has been appointed to advise the Italian Government on the privatisation of its real estate assets after working for the state on a jumbo sale of shares in Enel, the Italian utility. The investment bank will work on the latest deal with JP Morgan.

The Enel sale raised €7.6bn ($9.9bn) last month in the largest global share offering this year.
