JP Morgan has built out its high-yield team in Europe with the addition of a London-based head of loan and high-yield capital markets, following a year in which two longstanding managing directors left the team.

Managing director Kevin Foley will relocate from JP Morgan's leveraged finance capital markets desk in New York to take on the Europe, Middle East and Africa role, according to a memo seen by Financial News. He has also worked in JP Morgan's restructuring group.
