JP Morgan Cazenove and ING Corporate Finance have won the mandate to run a £490m (€727m) initial public offering from ING UK Real Estate Income Trust, a Channel Islands registered investment company, which is expected next month.

JP Morgan Cazenove will be global co-ordinator and joint financial adviser, broker and bookrunner alongside ING Corporate Finance.
