JP Morgan Chase appoints former KPMG chairman

The board of JP Morgan Chase has nominated Timothy Flynn as a director, to be elected at the bank's annual general meeting in May. Flynn served as the chairman of KPMG International from 2007 to 2011, and was previously chief executive and chairman of the US division of KPMG. Directors William Gray III and David Novak will not seek re-election when their terms expire on May 14.
