JP Morgan has appointed Achintya Mangla as co-head of equity capital markets for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to an internal memo seen by The Wall Street Journal.

Mangla will relocate to London from Hong Kong, where he was most recently co-head of equity capital markets in Asia, excluding Japan and Australia, the memo said.
