JP Morgan's highest ranking banker in Switzerland, Jean Facon, is retiring and will be replaced as country head by Josef Stadler.

Stadler, a Swiss national, was recruited from Morgan Stanley Dean Witter in London where he was a member of the financial institutions group covering Switzerland. Before that he was head of strategic planning and business development at UBS in Zurich.
