Sjoerd Leenart, head of investment-grade syndicate for Europe, Middle East and Africa at JP Morgan, and Michael Ridley, co-head of corporate debt capital markets origination, are trading places.

Leenart will fill Ridley's former origination post, working with John Mayne, who retains his role as co-head of the corporate DCM origination team, while Ridley will become head of syndicate.
