JP Morgan Asset Management has filled the gap vacated by Adam Fairhead, head of public affairs, this summer with a hire from BNP Paribas Asset Management.

Gail Le Coz joins as head of industry affairs, effectively succeeding Fairhead. She will have responsibility for assessing regulatory, political and industry developments in Europe and feeding that into JP Morgan's product development.
