JP Morgan has brought in Drago Rajkovic as a managing director, head of technology mergers and acquisitions, the Wall Street Journal reported. Rajkovic will be based in San Franciso and report to Chris Ventresca and Jim Woolery, co-heads of North America M&A. He previously worked at Barclays Capital where he led the technology M&A team.
