JP Morgan Chase has hired Deutsche Bank's Jonathan Bayliss as managing director of emerging markets research and global head of quantitative strategy.

Bayliss will manage the relative value and trade strategy team as well as the analytics research department. He will also work in close partnership with the portfolio research and bond index group.
