JP Morgan Chase has recruited Rory Tobin as a managing director in charge of sales trading for flow products, as part of the continued restructuring of its European equities business.

Tobin will work from London with responsibilities across Europe. He will be part of the integrated European equity team, which was created last November when JP Morgan combined the cash equities and equity derivatives departments.
