JP Morgan looks to tempt women back to the City

JP Morgan has become the latest bank to launch an initiative to encourage women who have left financial services back into the industry.

The so-called Re-Entry Programme, which will involve a "small number" of former City executives who wish to return to financial services after being away for two years or more, began in the bank's London and Bournemouth offices on October 17 and will run for 18 weeks.
