JP Morgan is combining its European high-yield and loan capital markets businesses in London under the sole leadership of Kristian Orssten. The move comes three weeks after its head of European high-yield capital markets resigned.

Eric Capp, who had run the business as managing director since 2004, stepped down to become head of leveraged capital markets at rival Royal Bank of Scotland.
