JP Morgan prepares Eastern Europe's first crossborder listing

JP Morgan is advising Erste Bank, Austria's second largest bank, on its plans to list on the Prague Stock Exchange in what would be the first Eastern European crossborder listing.

Erste bank, which is already the largest company on the Vienna's Wiener Borse with a market capitalisation of €3.7bn ($3.5bn), will learn in the next week if its application to the Czech exchange has been successful.
