Profits surge at JP Morgan Asset Management

The division had its 17th consecutive quarter of net inflows in the three months to the end of June, as client assets hit $2.2 trillion

JP Morgan’s asset managers celebrated their 17th consecutive quarter of net inflows over the three months to the end of June, as client assets hit $2.2 trillion.

Net profit from the division rose 28% to $500m, from the second quarter in 2012.
