JP Morgan is looking for Irish financial services talent as it builds out its roughly $21 trillion custody business in Dublin, according to a person familiar with the bank's plans.

The US lender said yesterday that it had acquired a 130,000 square foot office building in Dublin to house the 500 staff it employs in custody, fund services, transaction services and technology and operations roles in the Irish city.
