JP Morgan Chase is elevating two senior deal makers into global roles, according to a memo, as it chases a bigger piece of global M&A.

Chris Ventresca, currently head of M&A in North America, and Hernan Cristerna, who heads up M&A in the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions for the bank, will assume the newly created roles of co-heads of global M&A, a memo said.
