JP Morgan wins second French float in two weeks

JP Morgan has won a mandate to work on the €350m ($447m) flotation of the renewable energy subisidiary of Electricité de France, its second in the country in two weeks.

JP Morgan will manage the flotation of Energies Nouvelles, the largest renewable energy company in France, alongside French bank Ixis Securities. The deal will see 25% of the company's shares listed on Euronext Paris.
