JPMorgan chief executive Jamie Dimon has said that the bank has allowed some “bad habits to develop” during a period of rapid growth since the pandemic, which were “exacerbated” by its employees working from home.

In his annual letter to shareholders, Dimon pointed to a “period of significant growth” for the Wall Street bank, during which it has added 60,000 employees.
