JPMorgan, Credit Suisse among banks falling short on net-zero targets, charity says

Heavyweights in the Net Zero Banking Alliance including JPMorgan and Credit Suisse have set inadequate decarbonisation targets to meet net zero by 2050, responsible investing charity ShareAction warned.

Research published on 8 November ahead of Finance Day at COP27 found only seven out of 43 of the alliance’s biggest members have published an overarching target to reduce emissions by 2030.
