Morgan Stanley has rehired a senior healthcare banker it lost to rival JPMorgan two years ago.

Michele Colocci will return to Morgan Stanley later in the spring to take up the role of chair of mergers and acquisitions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the same role he had when previously at the bank, according to a person familiar with the matter.
