US investment bank JPMorgan will bump up pay for junior sales, trading and research analysts, the latest move in the war for young talent across Wall Street.

First year sales, trading and research analysts will have their pay increased from $85,000 to $100,000, and second year analysts will move from $90,000 to $105,000.
