JPMorgan has hired a former Bank of America dealmaker to head up its equity advisory unit covering emerging markets following a shake-up of the team earlier this year.

Gokul Mani is set to join the US bank in the summer as head of Europe, the Middle East and Africa emerging markets ECM, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News.
