JPMorgan has hired HSBC’s global head of M&A as a vice chair of its dealmaking team as the UK lender has continued to see top bankers depart amid an overhaul of its investment bank.
Kamal Jabre will join JPMorgan as vice chair of M&A, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
