JPMorgan has extended Adam Neumann, the chief executive and co-founder of WeWork, almost $100m in loans and credit that has not been secured against his stake in the shared-office provider.

The $97.5m in loans, which include mortgages, are one of dozens of new details revealed by WeWork’s parent group, The We Company, in the prospectus for its keenly awaited initial public offering.
