JPMorgan is looking to recruit from beyond top universities as it expands so-called skill-based hiring to its operations division.

The initiative, unveiled as part of a £40m investment to drive growth in the UK, will see prospective candidates for entry-level jobs assessed on their skills and abilities rather than university degrees or other conventional credentials.
