JPMorgan has made changes at the top of its UK equity advisory team, as investment banks explore new sources of revenue to counter a slump in initial public offerings across Europe.

Nicholas Hall, the bank’s head of UK equity capital markets, is moving into a new role focused in part on drumming up business from private companies looking to raise money.
