Almost a year to the day since JPMorgan and Nordea helped manage one of 2016's largest European stock market listings, the banks are lining up another payday with the same client as it is taken private.
Nordic payments firm Nets said today that it has received a takeover offer of Dkr165 (about $26) per share from a consortium led by Hellman & Friedman, a US private equity firm. The offer values Nets at about $5.3bn.
