The UK gender pay gap at JPMorgan remains stubbornly higher than 25%, according to new figures published in the same week that rivals Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley revealed a narrowing in their numbers.
JPMorgan revealed on 2 April that its median gender pay gap in 2019 was 25.3%, compared to 25.7% in 2018 and 26% in 2017. The bank blamed the difference on fewer women in more senior, higher-paying roles.
