A Dublin-based subsidiary of JPMorgan has been fined €1.6m after it failed to notify Ireland’s regulator about the outsourcing of several key fund administration activities. This is the first fine issued by the country’s financial watchdog for such failings.

The Central Bank of Ireland said JPMorgan Administration Services admitted four breaches, which occurred between July 2013 and June 2016.
