JP Morgan Russian Securities, the LSE-listed investment trust, has appointed Gill Nott, chairman of Witan Pacific Investment Trust, to its board of directors. Nott is also currently non-executive director of Martin Currie Portfolio Investment Trust and non-executive director of BlackRock Smaller Companies Investment Trust. The board will also see the chairman of the company, Pamela Idelson Smith, retire as a director in the beginning of the new year, though her replacement has not yet been named.
