The chief executive of Jupiter Fund Management has warned moves to ditch EU laws could curb global asset managers’ ability to take more risks and innovate.

“Part of the Brexit dividend is the opportunity for UK regulation to deviate from European regulation. That might be a good thing. But it will lead to a divergence between regulatory regimes,” Jupiter CEO Matthew Beesley told Financial News.
